If patients feel the need for immediate treatment, they can directly book themselves from the application online, and the best part is they don’t need to travel to the medical center to book their appointment. Everything can be done online. You can get medical tests directly from the lab without waiting for your turn when booking an appointment from AlphaDera Lab. Well! Safety matters during this pandemic, and AlphaDera Lab is catering effectively to its patients by providing convenient solutions.

Client's Expectations
The client was disappointed with the fact that users need to wait for a long time for their turn whenever they need to perform any medical test from reputed labs. For this reason, he would like to be able to book medical tests online without waiting in a queue and wanted developers to build an application that would allow users to do so. Additionally, he asked developers to add a payment feature to improve the process. By doing so, he hoped to save people’s time and make sure they had their medical reports more quickly.

Challenge
The challenge was to design an application that would allow patients to book their medical tests online and allow medical practitioners to connect with patients and request specific tests without leaving home. Logging in first and searching for different tests or connecting with professionals was his intention. He has teamed up with AK Technolabs and wanted the developers to create this concept of book test & collecting samples without any issues.
